Module 5 explains the importance, benefits and applications of neck and shoulder suppleness for self-defense. How and which fitness exercises should be used. We will also be looking at the importance of having to know and keep the correct distance between you and an attacker. Too close, you could get attacked first; too far, you would not be able to reach him.

Module 6 - Exercising your Arms  

Module 6 explains how the arm exercises can be used as effective attacking / defensive techniques

Module 7 - Hips, Waist and Spine  

This Module explains how the hips, waist and spine suppleness obtained through fitness exercises can be used to avoid getting attacked as well as how to deliver an effective counter attack.

Module 8 - Importance of Balance  

Yes, balance is important, if we are not to fall to the ground. This Module looks at balance, what we should do to prevent us falling to the ground, if someone pushes or pulls you. How to quickly get out of trouble, if you do fall to the ground.

Module 9 - Leg exercises   

This Module shows a how common leg exercises can be used as effective kicks as well as defensive techniques

Module 10 – Strength exercises and Floor exercises  

The last Module shows some common floor exercises to build up strength, in order to ensure all your self-defense techniques can be delivered with maximum effect. The Module also shows a fitness exercise you could use on an attacker, should you find yourself on the ground, with the attacker on top of you.
