This Module shows a how common leg exercises can be used as effective kicks as well as defensive techniques Module

– Strength exercises and Floor exercises
The
last Module shows some common floor exercises to build up strength, in order to
ensure all your self-defense techniques can be delivered with maximum effect.
The Module also shows a fitness exercise you could use on an attacker, should
you find yourself on the ground, with the attacker on top of you.
